We hope you love your order - but if something isn’t quite right, no stress. Just let us know within 30 days of dispatch so we can keep things running smoothly.
Below you’ll find all the details for UK, EU, and Rest of World - just follow the steps for your region.

UK Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love everything you order from us - but if something’s not quite right, no stress. You’ve got 30 days from the dispatch date to generate a return label, and 7 days after that to pop it in the post while the label’s still valid.
We’re a small brand, doing things a little differently. To keep the wheels turning, UK returns work like this:
+ Your options
Instant Exchange (recommended)
- Swap sizes/colours/styles directly in our returns portal.
- £2.50 processing fee is waived for exchanges.
- A £3.50 fee per return label applies.
Store Credit (+10% bonus)
- Choose store credit and we’ll add an extra 10% on top - our way of saying thanks.
- £2.50 processing fee is waived for store credit.
- A £3.50 fee per return label applies.
- Store credit is online-only at angrypablo.cc and can’t be exchanged for cash.
Refund to original payment method
- Go ahead with a straight refund.
- A £3.50 fee per return label applies + £2.50 processing fee per item (deducted from your refund).
- Important exception - see “Sale & Promotional Discount returns” below.
Why fees? As a small business, we don’t have big-retailer margins. These help cover postage and handling so we can keep making the good stuff - fairly and sustainably.
+ Sale & Promotional Discount returns (read me)
- Archive Sale items and items purchased using one-time promotional discounts (e.g., exclusive email codes) are not eligible for refunds. These may be returned for store credit only (value equals the price paid) to use on future orders at angrypablo.cc.
- Orders using our Welcome Discount are treated as standard purchases - eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit - if the welcome code is used on its own (not combined with any other one-time promotional discounts).
+ Free returns/exchanges for faulty items (very rare)
If your kit arrives faulty, or develops a fault early on, we’ll sort it for free - no label fees and no processing fees, whether you choose an exchange, store credit or a refund.
Start via the Returns Portal (select “Faulty”) or get in touch with your order number and a quick description/photos - we’ll send a prepaid label and take it from there.
+ The window (v important!)
- Generate your label within 30 days of the dispatch date (you’ll find this in your shipping email).
- Use the label within 7 days of generating it. After 7 days the label will expire.
+ Condition of items
Please return products unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (tags on). Give them a quick once-over before you send them back - sweaty miles are great; returning sweaty kit isn’t.
+ How to start a return
Head to our Returns Portal, follow the steps, and choose Exchange, Store Credit or Refund. You’ll get your label at the end.
+ When will I see my exchange/refund?
- Instant Exchanges: complete the portal and we ship immediately, with a temporary card hold for the replacement item.
- Store Credit: issued as soon as your return is checked in at the warehouse.
- Refunds: issued right after processing the item at the warehouse; your bank/card provider may take a few days to show it.

Rest of World (RoW) Returns
Ordered from outside the UK or EU and something’s not quite right? No problem. You’ve got 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
+ Need a different size or item?
We’ve scrapped exchanges to keep things simple (and quicker).
If you’d like something else, just place a new order and return the original for a refund.
+ A few things to know:
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged
- We don’t charge a processing fee on international returns
+ Before sending your item back, make sure:
- It’s unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- You include the packing list, if possible
All items are inspected on return — if the item isn’t in resellable condition, we may return it to you and can’t guarantee a refund.
+ Sale & Promotional Discount Returns Policy
- Sale (Archive Sale) items and items purchased using one-time promotional discounts (such as exclusive email discount codes) are not eligible for refunds. These items may be returned for store credit only, to be used on future orders. The value of any credit issued will reflect the original purchase price paid.
- Items purchased using our Welcome Discount* are treated as standard purchases and are therefore eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, as long as they meet our usual returns criteria.
Please note: store credit can only be redeemed online at angrypablo.cc and cannot be exchanged for cash.
*if used on its own, and not in conjunction with other one-time promotional discounts.

EU Returns
EU returns are customer-paid, unless your item is faulty or damaged - in which case, we’ll sort it.
The good news? We don’t charge a processing fee for EU returns.
+ Return Guidelines
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Please include your packing list, if you’ve still got it
- All items are inspected on arrival
If something comes back in a condition we can’t resell, we may return it to you and can't guarantee a refund.
