Sale & Promotional Orders

Items purchased during sale periods or using one-time promotional codes are eligible for store credit only.

Orders using the Welcome Discount remain eligible for refund, exchange or store credit, provided no other promotional codes were used.

Return Conditions

  • Create return within 30 days of dispatch
  • Send within 7 days of creating your label
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All items are inspected on arrival

If an item is returned in a condition we cannot resell, we may return it to you and cannot guarantee a refund.

We accept worldwide returns, but international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.
